Hey guys! I'm Stef, the artist behind The Craft Corner. I'm married to my best friend in the whole world! Without his support I wouldn't be where I am today; so to Alex, I love you. We have two crazy, beautiful little girls! We love gardening, being outdoors and learning about our beautiful Catholic faith. Prior to growing our little family, my husband and I loved traveling! We hope to able to again very soon with our little girls!
I think I owe this small business to my younger self. In grade school I loved anything that involved art. I knew I wanted a career in it, but honestly never thought it'd be possible. I went to college and never felt happy with the careers I was pursuing. I always remembered my high school self having this passion for creativity.
It wasn't until I was pregnant with my first daughter that I discovered macrame and fell in love with the craft! It started just as a hobby trying to make items for my daughter's nursery. Then the pandemic hit and it was a blessing in disguise! My hobby turned into a few orders for friends here and there and then to this beautiful small business I can call my own. Without the help of God though, I would not be where I am today, so to Him I give all glory and praise!
My dream is to be able to reach others and touch their hearts through my crafts. Whether it be a unique item created in memory of a loved one, or the birth of a new baby; I love being able to create an item that will have sentimental value to you and your loved ones!
